Return or refund requests will be accepted only under the following conditions:

❌ Wrong product delivered
💀 Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
⚠️ Product is defective or not working properly
🕒 Reporting Time
Customers must inform us within the following time period:
📅 3 days from delivery – for individual product purchases
🖥️ 7 days from delivery – for complete PC sets
🎮 Gaming Chairs Policy
Only replacement is allowed
🚫 Refund is not applicable
🔐 Important Note
If the product seal is broken and the product is not faulty, then return or refund will not be accepted.
The product must be returned with original box, accessories, and invoice.

💳 Refund Process
✅ Online Payment: Refund will be credited to the same payment method.
🏦 Bank Transfer / COD: Refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
⏳ Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
📦 Order Cancellation & Delivery Issues
❗ If a processed order is cancelled, packaging and handling charges will be deducted.
🚚 If the order is undelivered or returned (RTO), shipping charges will not be refunded.
🛑 Cancellation Charges Policy
⏱️ Before order processing (within 24 hours):
10% of the total order value will be charged as cancellation fees. Remaining amount will be refunded.
⚙️ After order processing starts (after 24 hours):
20% of the total order value will be charged as cancellation fees. Remaining amount will be refunded.
📦 After dispatch or delivery:
The order cannot be cancelled, and refund will not be possible.
